Our Guarantee

We value every order and strive to please each customer with beautiful flowers and great service. Since flowers are perishable and arrangements are handmade, we ensure their quality and beauty. If you're not satisfied, contact us immediately for a resolution.

Delivery

We try to meet delivery requests but can't guarantee specific times, especially during holidays. For specific delivery times, note it in the Special Delivery Instructions during checkout. Order early before major holidays.

Taxes and Prices

Taxes are based on local rates. All prices are in CAN$ unless noted otherwise.

Funeral Arrangements

For specific delivery times, notify us several days in advance. Sunday deliveries may not be available.

Hospital Deliveries

Include hospital name, phone number, recipient's name, and room number when ordering. Note that ICU patients often cannot receive flowers.

Substitution Policy

Fresh Flowers: Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made due to seasonal and regional availability. We maintain the arrangement's look and feel by considering shape, size, style, and color. Plants: Similar plants may be substituted. Containers will be matched as closely as possible. Gift Baskets: Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made to ensure freshness and timely delivery. Special Occasions: For timely delivery, we may substitute flowers of equal or greater value if the requested ones are unavailable.

Delivery Policy

If No One is Home: The gift may be left in a safe place or with a neighbor. Recipient May Be Contacted: The florist may contact the recipient to ensure they are home. Leave at Door Requests: We discourage leaving arrangements unattended. We are not responsible for missing or faulty products due to this request.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order anytime before delivery. Once the gift is en route or delivered, cancellations are not possible. To cancel, call our store.
